Berlin | Joel Meyerowitz. Why color?

With last night's new moon has started the Chinese Year of the Dog.
Barbara and I drive f(l)ix to Berlin to visit the retrospective of the photographer
Joel Meyerowitz, New York (photo above by him)

But first coffee! Alas! the café at the C/O Berlin
is open only for vip people because of the Berlinale... so
we have a nice late breakfast round the corner

Heaven Over Berlin

We're heading to the Hallesches Haus, Kreuzberg

"This is Nadine. Or Patrice? No, she is wearing a black dress!" ;-*
This place remind us on our last summergathering with the Ladies from the Benelux.
We are wondering where we will meet this year!

and then my battery of my mobile emptied...

The retrospective of Joel Meyerowitz (who will turn 80 in March) is really
amazing and worth a journey. Not only his fantastic photos, also his warm,
wise words I admire very much.

So, we had a great time in Berlin, of course!
We've run a lot and too much, of course (next time we'll take a map with us and
a power bank) and we flop with a moaning into the seat of the (late, of course)
train back to Hamburg.

Next time Irving Penn, Bee!

And, what is your next trip?
Love, Ariane. Rose

    1. Oh, Dear,
get well soon. Next time we will be dressed in tight dresses from the sixties, all together, photosession!
You are right with the image from greece, it could be Demie...
The Bahnhof you've noticed is the 'Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten', short: Bahnhof Zoo. You'll find it on a map, for sure...
      ;-*
